We are very excited to announce today that Shred and National Mortgage Professional Magazine have entered into a strategic alliance, or as what NMP's Founder Andrew Berman likes to say, a “Shredtegic” alliance. As you know we love folding “Shred” into as many words as possible, so we when Andrew coined that phrase, we knew this would be a great partnership. You can check out our announcement video below.
So what does this Shredtegic alliance look like?
First, Shred's Founder Josh Pitts and co-founder Jason Frazier will create an exclusive Social Media and Marketing Show, Shred AI, for NMP's Video Network. This show will focus on helping mortgage professionals get an inside look at the newest trends, apps, and tactics.
This leads into the second part, which will be a monthly column in NMP's print and digital called The Shred Marketer. This new column will be written by Jason Frazier who will also be a contributing author for NMP. As most of you know when we talk about AI, we are talking about Attention & Impact. However, with the Shred AI show and The Shred Marketer column we are focusing Awareness & Influence. Both the show and the column will be focused on Attention & Influence to help local mortgage experts get to the consumer first.
But wait, there's more! Shred will be helping to launch NMP's TWO new podcasts with the help of the Industry Syndicate, which is Real Estate's FIRST Media Network that was founded in 2018 by Frazier, Pitts, along with Dustin Brohm and Phil Treadwell.
Annnd finally Shred will be an event partner for NMP on their future conferences and events, to help amplify the content and make their events some of the best in the industry. Not only will Shred be a resource for NMP events, but we will also be teaming up at other events as well, with the first one being the MBA Annual Convention and Expo in Austin, TX on October 27th – 30th.
We are so excited to be partnering up with NMP as we go into 2020 which will be a crucial year for our industry. We are aligned, passionate, and excited to get going to create a new narrative for our industry.
